The LHCP version of the l-band antenna is designed to be used together with a consumer satellite dish. You can mount it into the standard LNB holder with any 40mm diameter pipe (can be ordered extra here).

The reflector disc features a cutout area which can easily be removed with a knife. This is to provide a gap should the antenna needed to be moved further backwards:
