Imports outside the EU. For UK, Switzerland, USA and other non-EU destinations we ship VAT-free as an export sale; prices on the site are net. Your local customs collects import VAT (and any duty) on arrival. Most of our hardware — antennas, LNBs, oscillators, RF connectors — sits under tariff codes that are 0 % duty under the UK Global Tariff, the EU–UK TCA, and the equivalent CH/US preferences, so for typical orders only import VAT applies. We include a commercial invoice and EU-origin declaration with every parcel to keep clearance fast.
UK example. 20 % VAT on (goods + shipping), plus DHL’s clearance fee of £11 or 2.5 % of duty + VAT, whichever is higher. A €130 order lands at roughly £25–£30 VAT plus the £11 minimum fee on top of what you pay us — about £165 total.

Quotes, bulk orders, institutional procurement. Purchase orders from research groups, universities, government, or larger quantities are best handled by email.
